In a move to deepen the game's authentic audio experience, the developer is incorporating Spatial Audio, a technology that allows players to experience sound from multiple in-game locations simultaneously. This results in a layered soundscape that enhances the sense of depth in the game's world and the players' positions within it. According to an announcement on the official CDPR blog, the developer is collaborating with Embody to create an Immerse Gamepack for Cyberpunk 2077. This new software, available for purchase on June 20, will enhance the sounds of Night City like never before. Similar to Embody’s Final Fantasy XIV Immerse Gamepack, this program will bring a personalized Head Related Transfer Function (HRTF) to Cyberpunk 2077, along with Head Tracking technology to ensure audio accuracy relative to the player's surroundings.
